IMPORTANT APPLICATION INFORMATION:
If you've previously applied for Learn & Earn or already made an account this year, please visit the login page to sign back into your account. If you are a returning applicant and create multiple accounts, you will not be able to access your previously-uploaded eligibility documents.

New applicants for Learn & Earn must first create an account using a valid email address and password. Each applicant must have a unique email address. Parents cannot register multiple children using the same email address.

PLEASE NOTE: Only individuals between the ages of 18-24 (or 14-21 if interested in the general Youth Employment program) who live in Allegheny County are able to be eligible for the Summer Learn & Earn program. Youth who reside outside of this area will not be able to take part in the program.
